About Us
Scott Andrews, Ph.D., HSP - Director of Psychological Testing Consultants specializes in neurodevelopmental assessments, educationally related neuropsychological testing and psycho-educational testing. Dr. Andrews is a Developmental Psychologist, Licensed Psychologist, Registered Health Service Provider and a 1986 graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology.
